HDPE塑料 - HDPE塑料簡介 原態(tài)HDPE的外表呈乳 白色，在微薄截面呈一定程度的半透明狀。PE具有優(yōu)良的耐大多數(shù)生活和工業(yè)用化學(xué)品的特性。某些種類的化學(xué)品會產(chǎn)生化學(xué)腐蝕，例如腐蝕性氧化劑（濃硝酸），芳香烴（二甲苯）和鹵化烴 （四氯化碳）。該聚合物不吸濕并具有好的防水蒸汽性，可用于包裝用途。HDPE具有很好的電性能，特別是絕緣介電強度高，使其很適用于電線電纜。中到高分子量等級具有極好的抗沖擊性，在常溫甚至在-40F低溫度下均如此。

HDPE is the fastest growing segment of the plastic raw material recycling market. This is mainly due to its easy reprocessing, minimal degradation characteristics and its extensive use in packaging applications. The main recycling is to recycle 25% of the recycled materials, such as after consumption recycled products (PCR), and pure HDPE, which are then reprocessed to make bottles that do not touch food.

The characteristics of continuous polymerization process of slurry reactor is operating pressure and low temperature; double reactor in series of different forms of production and products through the use of Shuangfeng peak and parallel process; high operating elasticity, product grade fast conversion, not high purity of raw material; comonomer with propylene, 1 butene; using cyclohexane as solvent recovery unit is simple. The process is characterized by polymerization in an inert hydrocarbon diluent. The process is as follows: the polymerization of ethylene (ethane ethylene 99.9%, 0.1%) into the dryer together and cycle consisting of n-hexane and diluent into the reactor, the catalyst carrier containing titanium and manganese, AlEt3 catalyst grades. A small amount of hydrogen added to control molecular weight, the polymerization reaction is the formation of polyethylene particles, the reaction temperature is 90 DEG C, the pressure is 1.8MPa, the reaction can be divided into two steps in two polymerization kettle, the production concentration is 34% (mass fraction) of the solid slurry, the monomer conversion rate can reach 97%. The polymer from second reactor effluent flash to flash out of the pressure of 0.14MPa, unreacted ethylene, ethane and 2% discharged in cyclohexane diluent to 2.5MPa after two times of compression cooling to the stripper will go to the recycling recovery of ethane. The slurry left behind after flashing is recovered by centrifugal separation, and most of the diluents are sent to the dryer. The content of volatile components is reduced to about 5% (mass fraction). The dryer is operated by closed cycle with nitrogen protection. The dried polymer powder is sent to a fluidized bed for drying, all hydrocarbon diluents are removed, and after drying, the polymer particles are sent to the mixing section, adding various additives, and then granulating.
