UN3系列對(duì)焊機(jī)是為銅管與鋁管連接專用的焊接設(shè)備，它可替代原先使用的專用高壓閃光對(duì)焊機(jī)和釬焊。系統(tǒng)采用了可編程
序邏輯控制器（PLC）為動(dòng)作邏輯控制單元，專用微電腦焊接控制器為焊接工藝控制單元，使用高品質(zhì)鋁合金氣缸和高精度含油軸承與
精密機(jī)床用高精度光桿配合來保證機(jī)械動(dòng)作的精度。具有可靠的焊接質(zhì)量，控制與調(diào)整直觀簡便，生產(chǎn)效率高，無漏焊漏氣現(xiàn)象，產(chǎn)成品率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，同時(shí)克服了原來焊接工藝需要對(duì)焊接管內(nèi)二次加工和工作電壓高易出事故的缺點(diǎn)。
裝有初級(jí)恒壓和次級(jí)恒流的控制系統(tǒng)、強(qiáng)制水冷系統(tǒng)、氣源儲(chǔ)氣罐，確保大量生產(chǎn)，焊接質(zhì)量和焊接效果完全一致。
可儲(chǔ)存多種不同規(guī)范，根據(jù)不同的管徑調(diào)用不同的規(guī)范，操作簡單，效率高，廣泛應(yīng)用于空調(diào)、冰箱、冷柜、冷庫、壓縮機(jī)等產(chǎn)品。
