<P>德國舍弗勒集團(INA)<P><BR>滾針軸承<BR>&nbsp; 滾針軸承是帶圓柱滾子的滾子軸承,相對其直徑,滾子既細又長。這種滾子稱為滾針。盡管具有較小的截面,軸承仍具有較高的負荷承受能力,因此,特別適用于徑向空間受限制的場合。<BR>滾針輪廓面在近端面處稍微收縮。滾針和滾道線接觸修正的結(jié)果可避免產(chǎn)生有破壞性的邊緣應力。<BR>除了型錄所列,可用于一般工程的軸承,如:敞開式?jīng)_壓外圈滾針軸承(1)、封閉式?jīng)_壓外圈滾針軸承(2)、具內(nèi)圈滾針軸承(3)和不具內(nèi)圈滾針軸承(4)外,SKF還可供應各種類型的滾針軸承,有:1、滾針保持架組件2、無擋邊滾針軸承3、自調(diào)心滾針軸承4、組合滾針/球軸承5、組合滾針/推力球軸承6、組合滾針/圓柱滾子推力軸承 <BR>沖壓外圈滾針軸承<BR>&nbsp; 沖壓外圈滾針軸承為具薄型沖壓成型外圈的滾針軸承。其主要特點是截面高度很低而承受負荷能力較高。主要用于結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、價格便宜且軸承箱內(nèi)孔不能作為滾針保持架組件滾道的軸承配置。軸承與軸承箱須以干涉配合方式安裝。若可省去箱肩、止動圈等軸向定位功能,那么,軸承箱內(nèi)孔可做得極簡單及經(jīng)濟。<BR>裝在軸端的沖壓外圈滾針軸承有雙側(cè)敞開式(1)和單側(cè)封閉式(2)。封閉沖壓外圈的基端面可以承受不大的軸向引導力。<BR>沖壓外圈滾針軸承一般不附內(nèi)圈。在軸頸無法淬硬和研磨的場合,可以采用表中所列內(nèi)圈。<BR>沖壓外圈滾針軸承的淬硬鋼板外圈與滾針保持架組件不可分離。儲存潤滑劑的自由空間可以延長補充潤滑間隔期。軸承一般采用單列設計。但較寬規(guī)格的軸承1522,1622,2030,2538和3038等系列除外,它們裝有二個滾針保持架組件。軸承外圈有潤滑油孔。根據(jù)用戶需要,軸直徑大于或等于7mm的所有單列沖壓外圈滾針軸承都可配備帶潤滑油孔的外圈(代號后綴AS1)。<BR>具油封沖壓外圈滾針軸承<BR>&nbsp; 在由于空間限制無法安裝油封之場合,可提供敞開端或封閉端具油封沖壓外圈滾針軸承(3至5)。這類軸承裝備聚氨酯或合成橡膠的摩擦式油封,其中充填具有良好防銹性能的鋰基滑脂,適用運行溫度-20至+100℃。<BR>&nbsp; 具油封軸承的內(nèi)圈比外圈寬1mm,這一點使軸承在機軸相對軸承箱有微量位移時也可保證油封工作良好而免致軸承受污染。軸承內(nèi)圈也有潤滑孔,可以根據(jù)軸承配置之需要,由外圈或內(nèi)圈補充潤滑。 <BR>一&nbsp; 沖壓外圈滾針軸承( HK ,BK,TLA,FY,F,B,BH,BA,SCE)<BR>二&nbsp;
