不銹鋼圓錐滾子軸承

不銹鋼圓錐滾子軸承套圈和保持架使用不銹鋼304材料，滾子材料采用不銹鋼440材料或者高溫軸承鋼鍍鉻。不銹鋼軸承與普通軸承鋼相比，有更強(qiáng)的防銹、防腐蝕性，選擇合適的潤(rùn)滑劑、防塵蓋等，可以在-60℃~+300℃的環(huán)境下使用。不銹鋼深溝球軸承能抵御潮濕和若干其它介質(zhì)所引起的腐蝕。這類單列深溝球軸承與碳鉻（滾動(dòng)軸承）鋼制造的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)深溝球軸承一樣，具有很深的軸承滾道溝，軸承滾道和球之間的配合度極高。不銹鋼軸承又因機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高、負(fù)載能力大，廣泛使用在食品加工，醫(yī)療器械，藥品機(jī)械方面。
不銹鋼軸承具有耐銹蝕的特性，比較多的用在潮濕，低溫，水下等環(huán)境。
